Mark and Jennifer Laughlin

Mark and Jennifer along with their daughters Laureen and Erica moved to Elkhorn Valley in 1996. Mark served as the Maintenance Director from 1996 until 2002 when he took over as Camp Manager (now known as Executive Director). Jennifer has worked in various capacities at the camp throughout their time here, including working part-time in the kitchen. Jennifer began her current role as full-time Office Manager in 2008.

Cameron and Alison Smith

Cameron serves as the Marketing/Programming Director here at Elkhorn Valley. Cameron has served with us since 2022. Cameron and Alison met at Elkhorn and were married at Elkhorn in 2025. Cameron primarily works with our program directors to execute well programmed weeks of camp. Cameron also serves as a facilitator for our Adventure Program and updates our social media outlets and website while finding more ways to communicate the mission of Elkhorn to everyone!
