Get ready for the adventure of a lifetime! We will spend the week white water rafting in Ohiopyle and hiking through the forest of West Virginia. This will be a physically challenging week spent in the beauty of God’s creation. This week will push you to your limits both spiritually and physically. The hiking is remote and difficult. The Bible studies will be engaging. We will see first hand God’s work through what he has created.
Our theme this year is “The Field Manual.” The military uses an extensive list of field manuals to prepare troops for battle. What is the mission? Who is the enemy? Who are our teammates? How can we use what we have to be successful? These same principles relate not only to our physical journey, but also our spiritual battle. We will study maps and time lines as we travel through remote and rugged terrain. We will study the field manual that God has given to us: The Bible as we seek God’s mission for our lives!
Key Verse: Psalms 59:1
