We are reminded, through a beautiful sight of a rainbow, of God's promise to His children. God has faithfully provided for our needs, and we are entrusted to go and share His love with those around us. The Rise Up and Build Campaign is an opportunity to build new tools that will be used to reach out in some way to those who are lost.
