The General Assembly is comprised of three voting members from each member church. They meet four times a year to vote on matters that are brought to them from the Board of Directors or the Board of Trustees. They also vote on the members of the following two bodies:

The Board of Directors is comprised of 18 members and ministers from member churches. This body handles spiritual and programming matters, and they function in monthly meetings. The duties of this board are primarily the oversight of all the spiritual aspects of the camp (i.e. teaching personnel, curriculum, conduct within weeks of camp).

The Board of Trustees is comprised of twelve members from member churches. The duties of this board are primarily the oversight of all physical properties and materials pertaining to and about the camp. They trustees function in monthly meetings, and they are the legal representatives of the camp.
